[Kde-accessibility] Dependency between kdeaccessibility and kdemultimedia?

Hello,

I just found out that since the import of KSayIt into kdeaccessibility we 
have a dependency on kdemultimedia:

The file ksayit/src/ksayit_fxplugin.h includes <arts/artsmodules.h>, which 
is part of kdemultimedia.

Do we want to have such a dependency? Otherwise we need to solve the 
includes. How easy is it to remove the dependency?
