[Kde-accessibility] SadEagle's Keramik hack

Hi!

Pupeno told me that SadEagle hacked Keramik to let it speak the text unde=
r=20
the mouse via Proklam. I was wondering whether it makes sense to add this=
=20
to kdeaccessibility. Pupeno said it currently only works for Keramik, but=
=20
that should be OK - we could just have a style in kdeaccessibility that=20
allows to have everything spoken.

What do you think?
