The problem is the MIME type of the remote PO file is not recognized as PO, so 
no plugin is found. That's why downloading first and using the local copy 
should work better.

How did you try to activate search? Keyboard shortcuts do not work ATM :(

This is because there is always a single KBabel process running. So it forks 
to detach after start and the original process is finished.
