[Kbabel] KDE 3.1 branch fixes

Hi there!

This is a list of things that should be probably backported to BRANCH for 
KDE 3.1.1 (aka KBabel 1.0.1). If you have any other idea, please, 
speak up. There are some items with question marks, since I'm not sure 
about these.

Please note that we should concentrate on stability, speedup and fixes 
only.

- session management fix
- rough translation of KDE specifics fixes
- rough translation of already translated files crash fix
- validation enhancements as done in tools (?)
- enabling of Catalog Manager commands (?)
- visible marks in Catalog Manager
- mouse mark toggling (?)
- debug areas
- insert tags/args into plural forms redundantly
- translator name width in dictionary box
- non-breaking space displayed diferently
- whitespace points speedup (be quick or be dead patch)
- warnings fixes
- standard KDE 3.1 toolbar toggle menu items
- catalog manager caching (speedup - is it stable enough?)
