Proposal for GSoc 2018

Hi,
After discussion with the mentors, I planned the following changes in the
proposed activities -->

Paint activity
1. Will be having a common interface for both horizontal and vertical mode
i.e. with foldable-tabs.
2. Providing icon of the currently active tool in the top-right corner to
keep track of the active tool.
3. Implement basic keyboard navigations.
4. Using the alpha property of rgba color space to implement eraser tool.

Animation activity
1. Enable user to play the animation in the main window.
