GSoC proposal [first draft]

Hi, My name is Rohit Das. Herein I am attaching the link to my GSoC
proposal for review and suggestions. There is still much to be added, some
of which will be based on suggestions from the community.
Also, I'd like to know the time period, i.e. the months for which GSoC is
held, so that I may construct the timeline for my proposal. Mockups will be
added soon.
