Next release timeframe ? And help for an article

Hi Bruno and everybody,

Here are my 2 cents. Just a draft proposition written in 10 minuts, but I
know that a quick draft can accelerate collaboration to write these sort of
articles.

Everybody... please fell free to modify it or even start the article from
scratch again if you find it bad :) I will not be offenced :) Just happy
that we get the best article possible.

For example one negative point from my article could be that this is a
package for open suse mainly used on PC and I mainly focus on tablet usage!
