We use multigraphs for the learn to type and "type what you hear"
exercises. We haven't used them in the spelling exercises yet, but I
don't know how the languages of the world all work and it couldn't hurt
to have the option.

If we want alphabetical order, we will still need to let translators
specify - I'm thinking i without the dot for Turkish, for example. Also,
German will sort ö after o, but Swedish dictionaries put the ö at the end.
