release 0.61 on Windows

thank you for testing.
For the 32b version, on the GCompris install folder, there should be the 
vcredist_x86.exe file, can you try to install it manually?

If it still does not work, can you try installing the one on their 
website: 
http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/3/F/93FCF1E7-E6A4-478B-96E7-D4B285925B00/vc_redist.x86.exe
Because for now, I use the one that there is on the machine I build, 
maybe it's not up-to-date or I don't run it correctly.
