gcompris-qt available in openSUSE Tumbleweed

As the subject said, I finally get all piece published on openSUSE Tumbleweed,
where people can have it directly without the hassle to have additionnal 
repositories on their installation.

I will check in the next weeks, if I can be able to propose it as an update
for openSUSE Leap 42.2 (the new version released in 2 weeks).

Make noise, I believe we are the first packaged distribution to deliver it ;-)
