[gcompris-devel] Error when starting admin panel

I am afraid it's my fault. The activation code of the Windows build
disable the python plugin as a whole. Thus all python activities does
not work, including the administration. This is stupid, I will try to
improve this code allow a per python activity activation selection.

For now, the only way is to get the activation code or to use the
GNU/Linux version.
