[gcompris-devel] Error when starting admin panel

When I start the admin panel of Gcompris 8.3.4 Windows, I receive the
following error: Couldn't find the board menu or plugin execution error.
When I click ok the buttons on the bottom of the page show up. But when I
click one, the admin panel closes without an error.
I tried to reinstall the software. But the error keeps coming back.
