gcompris won't compete against commercial software available through

against this. The question is to know if it raises enough money to
support a windows version. Even a small percent of commercial edu soft
money going to gcompris would be enough to sustain it.

It would mean that a payable version could be made only when enough new
activities have been coded.  We have new activities at a rate of about
5/years so it may take years before it's worth make it. Not acceptable.
With it, how do you explain why it's better to use GNU/Linux. You have
one argument less (Hey, gcompris is free for all on GNU/Linux)

As it is today. But many cannot change for many reasons. If we can
provide them free multiplatform content on Windows as well, windows
becomes irrelevent.
