can you please develop a bit ?

I have tracked down a bug in libao, triggered by gcompris, and it was 
something to do with arts and libao.
gcompris crashed when playing the first sound, and it seemed it was 
something to do with arts, as gdb showed me.
i do not use arts, but deleting the arts plugin stopped all crash.

since gc ( libao maintener ) didn't have the crash, i was thinking it 
was my oss audio driver ( via82cxxx_audio ). This driver sometimes 
freeze the kernel as i had no crash when using alsa, so it was a 
perfect suspect.

Yes, I have to think of a place for that. Perhaps starting with display
only title/author field could be enough. I want to avoid scolling
because on X terminal is eats the bandwidth.
