I made a new board for very young children : fun -> colors

The ogg files I use are not fully translated, and a long time ago I
added a "mandatory_sound_file" flag in board XML files, but nothing
appears showing that the board cannot be played for current locale
setting (a red cross or something like that should be drawn above
board's icon). Can anybody take charge of it ?
