Try "server forwarding" to 192.168.118.65 on the BalancED host(s) only
 not the BalancING host else it forwards to its-self . . . 

If you want to try using the BalancING host as a session server use

        LOAD_BALANCE_SERVERS="127.0.0.1 192.168.118.66 etc"
                Not the BalancING hosts external address
