[FreeNX-kNX] Unable to terminate session

This sounds like sharing of the local desktop, a commonly requested feature. 
To turn it off set ENABLE_DESKTOP_SHARING=0 in /etc/nxserver/node.conf

You may also want to turn off VNC shadowing of NX sessions using 
ENABLE_MIRROR_VIA_VNC=0
