[FreeNX-kNX] FreeNX connection problem

I'm trying to set up a freenx server on a Fedora workstation.
I have verified that the ssh keys work without password, by
swapping the shell to /bin/bash, and then back to the normal,
and then by connecting with the NoMachine client, and getting
further than the usual public key denied message to trying to
connect as "nv"
But during negotiation, the client claims that NX service is
disabled or not available. I've attached the log, and would
appreciate ideas of where to look for answers.
