[FreeNX-kNX] nxagent failed to start with: NXAGENT: Fatal IO error on display

Possible cause:

Application does not startup as "startkde" cannot be found or the command was changed by application maintainer. If that is the case then nxagent is terminated again _directly_.

Solution:

Run nxloadconfig --check to see if the configuration is okay or use GNOME or a custom session instead of KDE.

Also try a custom session with just sleep 10m ...
