[FreeNX-kNX] moznx in Internet Explorer

I tested moznx in Internet Explorer yesterday.

The callbacks are not working (most people don't use them anyway), but 
otherwise everything works fine.

I am going to package some things up which may take some time, but if 
anyone is interested let me know and I can give you some details (no 
code changes are required).

I am using the plugin-host-control unmodified.
