Yes, I have.

Most of these firewalls allow connections to the outside world's 80
and 443 ports.

So if you make your sshd on the NX server listen to not only 22 and
23, but also 80 and/or 443 you can connect from the inside. Just
change the default "22" Server Port setting of NX Client to 80 or
443 too.
