I think updating
https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-support/ar/summit/messages/ki18n/ki18n6.po?view=markup
to the correct one will fix all the other ones (the script already
exists, you don't need to run it) ->
https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/l10n-scripty/-/blob/master/check_po_files#L38
is the code which copies the plural form from this file to all other
po files.
For Lokalize, the change in the code needs to be done in
https://invent.kde.org/sdk/lokalize/-/blob/master/src/catalog/gettextheader.cpp#L42
(see https://invent.kde.org/sdk/lokalize/-/merge_requests/247 for a
fix)
