How to stop a "translation war"?

I'm missing something here. I'm the only one currently who commit Arabic
translation. I don't do anything special for Falkon. I let Lokalize to
handle plural form for all kde files.

However, I find out that the default plural form for Arabic in Lokalize is
wrong one and I can't change it. This mean for any new po file Lokalize
will put the wrong plural form for Arabic.
This what happened for falkon_sitesettingsview_qt.po

Going forward, I need help to:
1- a script to correct the Arabic plural form and standardize it to
nplurals=6; plural=n==0 ? 0 : n==1 ? 1 : n==2 ? 2 : n%100>=3 && n%100<=10 ?
3 : n%100>=11 ? 4 : 5;

for all existing files.

2- Correct the default Arabic plural form in Lokalize.
