How to handle KDE not respecting YOUR distros requirements?

It is since this morning I'm reading a little all threads in mailing list
in March and I just wanted to give my opinion from user using kde the
earliest versions of kde 4 to date!
I think I've made my opinion on why many users prefer to use DE different
from Plasma 5, the main problem of Plasma 5 is that in the eyes of most
people is to be a KDE 4 with porting to QT5, this has not shared brought
large visible benefits, but many regressions, the major and visible
improvement only affects the VDG work that has so far been exceptional, but
even there you have the impression of having kde 4 with a new theme and
more than anything on this (this of course is very simplistic but that's
how users perceive the whole), in the meantime that all this is happening
many applications that worked well on kDE 4 are now broken or have not yet
ported in 5 qt!
the difference that is perceived compared to Gnome 3 is that when the Gnome
must have thought about making the switch from Gnome Gnome 2 to 3 seems
that you are sitting at a table and organized a rational plan that included
various stap but that was all connected , have redrawn the Shell and
applications to make sure that everything is consistent, has remade
applications easily by cleaning up the code and removing unnecessary
things, they set everything rationally, including the keyboard shortcuts
using as a base the super button (Meta, Win)!
At first it was by no means comprehensive but people continued to follow
the project anyway because they saw a vision, a rational path!
In kde it is missing just an overview and a rational project!
It would be nice to design a long-term roadmap where you see where you want
to go, and another short-term roadmap for each release, so to say, for
example, ok guys you are free to do what you want it to be 5.6 to 5.7 we
must focus on multimedia applications, or we have to concentrate on the
design of plasmoids, or we have to concentrate on baloo and metadata
integrated in all applications, without an overall view there will always
be over-developed programs such as telepathy they do a thousand things at
each new version and programs that nobody sees but are important as a video
player (what happened to Dragon Player 3?) or as the Amarok porting to QT5!
Sorry for bad english i have translate whit google translate
