konqueror state and plans?

Hello!

Anyone can enlighten me what the current state / plans are regarding 
konqueror?

In Applications 16.04 it is still KDE SC 4 based.

It will be good to know for how to approach certain things for next Debian 
release like… including KDE SC 4 kwalletmanager or not doing so.

I am not speaking officially for Debian/Kubuntu Qt/KDE team, but from what I 
gathered the team would like to get rid of Qt4 based stuff rather sooner than 
later.
