Noto Mono

I've posted a review to suggest a change to Noto Mono font by default in Plasma

Noto Mono was added to Noto's git repository last year but it's not in
the download tar for Noto so depending on how your distro gets it you
might already have it packaged or might not.

(The download tar comes with NotoMonoCJK which confusingly is not in
the main Noto Git repository.)
