How to compile Digikam?

Breaking news! Don't bother to answer my previous message, it is not
relevant.

A - Line about slot Digikam::SurveyWindow::slotDeleteFinalItem()is
probably a minor bug

It is not related to my problem and should be reported.

B - I end up in a segfault

After adding a few debugging prints to stderr like "I was here XXX", I
spotted the issue in a loop of AlbumManager::scanPAlbums() of
albummanager_palbum.cpp. The loop start ~line 110 and is preceded by
comment // create all new albums. I was fortunate enough that the
segfault occurred on first iteration. It was caused by invalid album
relativePath "-r" (without initial "/"). I changed the dash for a slash
and segfault disappeared.

I have really no idea when and why the path was corrupted. I am happy to
have recovered my DB.

Good day all!

Patrick
