Removing erroneous face tags

Hi Tom,
If you rescan images that have already been scanned, then the face engine should remove any Unknown and Unconfirmed faces in the image and add face regions detected by the current scan. This should remove bad face regions from the image.

I certainly didn’t put these in manually, so I’m guessing they were from a previous (possibly long ago) botched face recognition run. Thanks for any insight.
