Open external tool with set of filenames

Thanks, Maik.
That explains what I need to investigate. I'm on Ubuntu and hacked my own
.desktop for Zerene Stacker since the installation is just via a downloaded
Java application in a zip. I've tried adding %U to my .desktop file in
/usr/share/applications but that hasn't fixed it. I'll dig deeper, but I
was looking in completely the wrong place.
