Digikam video player Error

The question is which digiKam-8.4.0 Windows version you are using (Qt5 or 
Qt6). The Qt6 Windows version is based on QtMultimedia (FFmpeg or Windows 
native depending on the setting in the digiKam System setup).
Please try the pre-release version of digiKam-8.5.0 from here and report back:
