Digikam video player Error

I’m assisting a Windows 10 user with using Digikam, but we’re running into
an issue when trying to view videos. The error message says something along
the lines of “error occurs when using the media player.” As far as I know,
Digikam uses a built-in QtAV player for video playback.

The version we use is 8.4.0, could you provide some guidance on where to
start troubleshooting this issue? Or any possible configurations to check.
