DigiKam 8.3.0 on Windows 7? [Re: digiKam 8.3.0 is released]

Thanks for the clarification. Does that make digiKam portable? In the sense that it can be put on a USB and run from any computer? That would be great as all my graphics programs like Gimp, IrfanView, FSView, darktable etc. are all portable.
