Version 8.4.0 on Windows 7?

digiKam-8.4.0-Qt5-Win64-debug.exe

Note: Qt5 debug

Clicking on digiKam in the Start menu produces
"Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point CreateFile2 could not be located in the 
dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."

Is there no longer a digiKam that runs on Windows 7?
