Version 8.4.0 on Windows 7?

Hi,

Yes, the Qt5 version is now compiled under Windows using VCPKG tool
from Microsoft and the minimal version is Windows 10.
This change is due to security issues from the Qt5 WebKit components
which are deprecated. Now we use Qt5 WebEngine instead.

So the last version compatible with Windows 7 is digiKam 8.3.0.
