copying files by dragging

Well, there is no relevant change in the drag and drop implementation for 
Linux since digiKam-7.3.0. There are only changes that affect Windows 
exclusively. This can easily be seen in the Git history.
Changes can also be made by using a newer Qt version, but we only have limited 
influence on this.
I see that we set the copy and move flag (but copy is set by default). We can 
remove the move flag for testing purposes after the release of digiKam-8.4.0.
