Thumbnail suddenly turned green

Follow up:

 

This error occurs only on jpg files.

 

DK gives me the message: Cannot load <filename>.

 

If I convert the file to TIFF, it appears without issue.

 

Perhaps the characteristics of the jpg are not recognized  by DK?

Hi, sounds like the database to host thumbnails is corrupted or

something like that.

 

What's happening if you force to rebuild thumbnails with the maintenance
tool ?
