Thumbnail suddenly turned green

Hi, sounds like the database to host thumbnails is corrupted or

something like that.

 

What's happening if you force to rebuild thumbnails with the maintenance
tool ?

Hello,

 

Tried that - no change. Tried deleting and importing again - no change.

 

I'm at a loss as to what is causing this issue and how to resolve it.

 

Any thoughts?
