My tags are all in alphabetic order, and when I look at your screen 
shot, yours, too...:

Most of your tags begin with a "'", it's not "Alice", it's "'Alice", 
while "Gabriel" is really Gabriel and not "'Gabriel".

So either remove the "'" in the tags that have it, or add it as well to 
the marked tags, and your order will be alphabetical.
