[digiKam-users] Deleting Tags very slow

No matter if I use the Tags Manager, Tags panel or Captions panel but
deleting Tags is a very slow process.

All these Tags I am deleting are not linked to anything. The more Tags at
once I try to delete the deleting process takes longer.

5 tags - 16 sec
10 tags - 36 sec
15 tags 57 sec
...

I am on a Mac
