I also use Windows 10 on a laptop with very high resolution (Dell XPS 15).
The fonts and window sizes make it VERY difficult to navigate,  Not sure if
this is related to your problem.

Looks fine on my XPS 13 running Ubuntu.   (Using .appimage)
