[digiKam-users] Does digiKam have database-only flags?

Exactly. This is the goal of color label more precisely, as Pick labels are
more dedicted to reject or not items in workflow. Color are free of use
item highlight tags.

yes. Pick and colors labels are predefined and hardcoded, as in LR.
