Impossible to install digikam 5.8.0 as low privilege user on MS Windows 10

When you start using it, there is no way back and you cannot stop ....  
to some extent a nasty virus alright! :D

PS: It is not against the policy of my employer, I am just travelling  
so I cannot see my privileges because it would require me to  
physically be on the subnet .... :)
