Help, DG does not open base after HDD replacement.

Hello, I am using Win7, I had replaced HDD,  installed OS and put image
files and digikam base file to disk D. After that was Installed Digikam,
but it can't to connect to the database files.

I had found answer in internet  that   it looks like I need to fix
digikam4.db  by changing  volume ID in sqlitebrowser. How can I know right
HDD ID?
