Rename on Import - JPG and CR2 an hour different

I use auto rename on import, rename rule is 
[date:"PICyyyyMMddTHHmmss"]{unique} and "Use file metadata" is checked.

Just noticed that when I import pics from my Canon 550D (takes JPG and 
CR2) the JPG is correct but the CR2 rename is an hour (and a couple of 
seconds) later than the JPG.

Is this a bug or have I missed something?
