Baloo tags

Hello,
Did Baloo tags disappear from settings in 5.6.0 ? I seem to not be able to find them anymore.What is their purpose anyways? I am on KDE so I turned them on a while ago but they seem to be doing nothing other than creating duplicates (now I have each tag in Tags Tree and same tag in Baloo Tags)Any thoughts ?
