Missing menus

This is my work machine. I use the same machine for work and photography,
and doing that would kill my workflow. I tried that already, and gave up on
it. It just doesn't work the way I do. Thanks for the suggestion though.

It is JUST a Unity problem, but it only happens with Digikam. All other KDE
apps work fine.
