Problems with Render Printing.

May be more interesting. The first three printers are
Print to PFD
Print to Image File
Print to Gimp

then follows the printers on my system including CutePDF Writer
If I use this it all nearly works,  seems to get the selection of the 
number of images on the page wrong, reverts to the first one in the 
list. But the captions appear and it writes it to a file.
If  I select any of the first three printers however when one clicks on 
the page settings button, nothing appears.
