Problems with Render Printing.

There within maybe lies the problem.
on the select Page Layout when selecting Print to PFD, Print to Image 
file, and Print to Gimp the Page settings button does nothing. When 
selecting my printers which follow on in the list I get a pop up window 
Page Setup which sets paper source orientation and Margins.
I maybe would expect it to ask about a filename as well.
