Nikon RAW files: Convert to DNG fails

Hi,

Yes, We have identified a bug in libraw when multicore option is
enabled with NEF file.

Maik, has a patch for libraw to post has UPSTREAM.

So for the moment, with NEF files, do not use multicore.
