Nikon RAW files: Convert to DNG fails

Hello,


when I try to convert Nikon NEF files to DNG I get DNG files with a size
of 0 bytes!

It is independent of the following:

- uncompressed DNG

- compressed DNG

- JPG Fullsize

- JPG medium


Is it a bug? Or did I do something wrong.

The work flow only has two entries:

- lens correction

- convert RAW to DNG
